.75mm and 1mm BUTYL CUSTOM FLAT SHEETS
We can quickly fabricate custom flat sheets from 5 to 5,000 square feet in 30 mil or 40 mil Butyl, or a combination of the two thicknesses. In addition to simple rectangles, we can make almost any shape that can be drawn as a series of 5'7" strips of rubber, such as those shown below, provided the length measured along the strips is less than 80 feet. Larger sizes are possible with sufficient advance notice. Although custom sizes cost slightly more per square foot than standard sizes, they often save money by eliminating waste.

.75 mm & 1 mm BUTYL CUSTOM THREE-DIMENSIONAL POND DESIGN
Where folds are not acceptable, such as for formal reflecting ponds, we can fabricate three-dimensional rectangular liners with vulcanized corners. We can also fabricate three-dimensional L-shapes and cylinders, but these can be very expensive and may require long lead times. The walls of the pond must be accurately formed of wood, masonry, or concrete: three-dimensional liners cannot be used with soil or stone walls.
